Do you have a lucky charm?

I have a friend in my class who always wears a jacket. Ever since I met him, I was confused because he wears his jacket every day and never seems to take it off although it’s getting warm.
I remember one time when I had the chance, I asked him, “Why do you always wear your jacket everyday?”
He turned to me and said, “This is my lucky charm.”
I was even more puzzled. His jacket is his lucky charm? He explained that whenever he uses his jacket, he will get good scores for his tests. Once he took it off and had a quiz, he failed.
I have to say that’s the weirdest lucky charm I’ve ever heard. 
Well, he is clever and my top rival now, and he still wears a jacket every day. Sure, he changes jackets when needed, since it’ll be truly awkward to wear the same jacket that you use for running and everything every day without changing. You’ll smell bad of course. 
But speaking of lucky charms, I also have one recently. It started since last year, when I was teaching my friend in my class during break time. I taught while drinking my Ovaltine milk, and that was when two of my boy friends, Ivan and Vandi, appeared and joked, “Woah, Nydia’s teaching while drinking milk!”
And Ivan added, “She’ll instantly be clever if she drinks milk, that’s the fact.” I rolled my eyes. It is a silly joke, but they both did it too often until I really feel like it is true!
The prove lies on my exams last month, my SA. During the week of the exams, I brought a carton of milk with me every day and they would come and say the same joke. Even my good friend is starting to follow now. And believe it or not, after I drank milk and did my Indonesian test, I got 90 – which is a very good score for someone like me to achieve.
And I also got 100 on my science. Yep, that’s after drinking milk too. 
So perhaps starting from now my lucky charm will be milk. I think it is a bit strange but logically accepted because milk contains some vitamins, nutrients and everything that makes the brain work better, maybe? Well, the award for the strangest lucky charm will still go to my smart friend though.
